How To Get Started?

Once you or a team of consultants have put together an HL7 strategy and approach for your organization, the question still remains: where do we get started? Over the next few weeks I will be posting some docs that will hopefully help you get past this initial hurdle. I also plan on evaluating some of the software (commercial and open source) that promise to help get you up and running as soon as possible. If you have any ideas or would like to share your own experiences, please let me know.
